Black Fox Metalcraft specialise in the design and manufacture of quality decorative metalwork products such as weathervanes (also known as windvanes), traditional style swinging pub and farm signs, forge work, and one off, bespoke wall art pieces. Based just north of Manchester, England, Black Fox are a small, family run business producing traditionally English crafts, with a focus on quality and unique design. The business and its reputation for quality has grown over the past five years; our weathervanes and farm signs are now sold not just in the UK but all over the world.
All of the weathervanes, swinging signs, hanging basket brackets and forged hooks shown on this website are made to order. Some of the more popular laser cut designs are kept in stock; these can generally be produced in around two weeks, however many will need cutting especially so it's best to allow up to four weeks for us to manufacture and send out any of our metalcraft products. We are usually extremely busy during the run up to Christmas so please allow as much time as possible at this time of year, especially if you require a bespoke design.
